Our peer mentorship program is underway in Bracebridge, with 6 mentors (4 adults, 2 high school students) and 11 mentees. The first meeting was held on November 11th, where the participants got to know each other and came up with ideas for activities and topics. During the second meeting on November 25th the group created over 80 hand-made snow globes for the residents of a local seniors’ home. The group will visit the home on December 9th to deliver the ornaments and meet with the seniors.

5 high school mentors have been recruited for the group in Huntsville, and will be holding a training session on December 3rd. The first group meeting will be held in January.
